Sessions are bespoke to your sport and tailored to your goals. We ensure that we use the latest research to keep our programmes current. 


Conditioning sessions

Sessions can be 1:1 PT style training, or a small group working together. 


1 x 60 minute session | £40


Conditioning plan

We also offer plans over 6 weeks or a season, gym based, running based or a mixture.


1 x 6-week plan | £50

Full season plan | £250

Touch Fit

Touch Fit is a series of running based conditioning plans written in collaboration with current international Touch players.
