Dom has been playing in teams since the age of 4 and has been coaching since the age of 14. He has always wanted to help those around him perform.
In his working life, he has worked with school aged athletes, the New South Wales Institute in Sydney and, more recently, with the England Rugby team before the World Cup in Japan and the 6 Nations 2020.
In his competitive career, he has played in the Harlequins academy and is a current International Touch player, captaining the England Men's Open team.
